CMID Inspection

The Common Marine Inspection Document (CMID) provides a standard format for inspection of offshore vessels. Its use helps promote safety and efficiency and can reduce the number of repeat inspections on individual marine vessels. The CMID is regularly reviewed and updated in the light of regulatory and technical developments. Our experienced inspectors are able to find issues and recognize their sources, for example: management system failure or missing of required documents and procedures. Solid cooperation with client can profit with management system optimisation and improve vessel reliability.

The inspection contains 17 sections including:
Vessel Particulars
Index of Certificates
HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)
Crew Management
Pollution Prevention

CMID report can prepare crew and organize documentation for other inspections. Long term cooperation with CMID inspectors can significantly reduce number of other inspections and shorten their duration.
